Celebrating Tim Perry: A Visionary Leader in Redevelopment |
True North 400 proudly congratulates our Chairman, Tim Perry, on his remarkable achievements! Tim was named Redevelopment Champion of the Year at the 2024 Metro Atlanta Redevelopment Summit (MARS) in early November. This well-deserved recognition highlights his extraordinary work in transforming spaces across Georgia into thriving communities where residents can work, live and play.
In addition, Tim was also featured in Georgia Trend’s annual Georgia 500 list of the state’s most influential leaders. His exceptional track record in real estate includes tripling North American Properties’ commercial footprint to 5.3 million square feet and overseeing a portfolio exceeding $2.5 billion. Now, as Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer at Jamestown L.P., which recently acquired NAP, Tim continues to leave a lasting impact on Georgia’s real estate landscape.
We are honored to have such a visionary leader at the helm of our CID. Learn more about Tim’s incredible contributions here:

Celebrating Mentorship at Business After Hours Event | |
|
Earlier this month, True North 400 joined forces with the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce (GNFCC) to host the monthly evening of networking at the Business After Hours event at Logic Speak. This gathering provided an ideal setting for local professionals to connect, collaborate and learn from one another.
This event was particularly special as the chamber’s Mentor Match program was recognized for its meaningful impact on the lives and careers of young professionals. GNFCC’s Mentor Match program pairs seasoned business leaders with mentees, empowering them to reach new heights in their personal and professional journeys. Our own Deputy Executive Director, Kristin Winzeler, proudly serves as a mentor, helping to guide and inspire the next generation.
