The American Center for Optics Manufacturing (AmeriCOM) and Sussex County Community College, together with New Jersey Pathways Initiative, will conduct a two-day, hands-on workshop on optics technology on June 25-26, 2024.

Learn how to integrate optics into your science curriculum – as modules or a full dual-enrollment course. Participants will also visit an optics manufacturing company to obtain an understanding of the many career paths that students of optics can take as a technician, engineer, scientist, and more.

Participants will earn 14 professional development hours and a $200 stipend. Lunch will be provided.
