Thank you to everyone who donated to our school-wide MLK Day of Service in January and braved the cold to help assemble shelf-stable lunches for Houston-area preschool children in partnership with Kids Meals Houston. With your help, we surpassed our goal and assembled more than 2,000 lunch bags! Thank you also to the PCS National Honor Society and parent volunteers who organized this service day so that our school family could impact our culture for Christ. To God be the glory!

Mock Trial 10th in State! |
Congratulations to the PCS Mock Trial team on a fantastic showing at the State competition, hosted by the Dallas Bar Association last weekend. Not only did the Paladins finish 10th out of the 24 Texas high schools (both public and private) who made it to State, but they also were voted by their fellow competitors to receive the highly-prized Professionalism Award! In addition, freshman Brinley Stratton and junior Luke Williamson were both nominated for Best Witness, and Luke Williamson was also nominated for Best Advocate! Design Award for New PCS Logo! |
We’re thrilled to announce that our marketing firm Tassel, in collaboration with our PCS Advancement Team, has won GOLD at the 2024 InspirED School Marketers Brilliance Awards! This award celebrates our school’s incredible new brand and the collaboration between our teams. Here’s a peek at what the judges had to say:
**“Providence Classical's new logo gives me both classic and modern vibes — which is a challenge many educational brands can't successfully solve.”
**“Love the fluid letterform lock-up that suggests a shield without being too obvious. A unique and memorable solution.”
What a privilege to have our new look honored in this way!

Henry Stevens: National Merit Scholar |
Congratulations to senior Henry Stevens on earning the title of Merit Scholar in the National Merit Scholarship Program! More than 1.3 million high school students take the PSAT/NMSQT test at the beginning of their junior year to enter this academic competition for recognition and scholarships. Fewer than 1% of high school seniors nationwide are selected as semi-finalists and go on to complete a detailed scholarship application. Fewer than half of the finalists selected from these applications receive National Merit scholarships. Well done, Henry!
