   STUDENT SUCCESS REPORT
In case you missed it, President Keller’s team is working to improve student success and provided a recent update on the initiative. After gathering feedback from more than 1,400 students, faculty and staff, the team shared an initial report on what UNT is doing well and where improvements can be made. This is part of a larger three-phase project to shape the future of student success.
The first report is now available, and your feedback is needed! Review it and share your thoughts by end-of-day today.

   STRATEGIC BUDGETING
President Keller also appointed a team to work on a new strategic budgeting model to better support the university’s mission and evolving needs. The Strategic Budget Steering Committee invites students to join a listening session from 2-3 p.m. Nov. 11 via Zoom to provide feedback and help shape this initiative.
Your input will play a vital role in aligning UNT’s resources with its future goals. Visit the Strategic Budgeting website to learn more and to provide feedback via a form on the resources page.
