Rise 'n Shine 2019

Thank you to all of the participants, volunteers, and attendees who helped in making the 3rd annual Rise 'n Shine event a huge success!

Together, we raised $30,888 for our Financial Assistance Program. 100% of the money raised will go towards memberships, youth sports, and childcare programming for families in need. $30,888 at our YMCA can provide up to 953 swim lesson sessions, 92 New Household Memberships, 238 weeks of summer day camp, or 620 Youth Flag Football registrations!

Join us for Jeff Buczek Memorial Golf Outing!

Jeff Buczek, a long time employee and friend of the Dow Bay Area Family YMCA, passed away in 2015. In honor of his life and love for his community, the YMCA hosts an annual golf outing in his memory. Proceeds from the outing will go towards free youth program scholarships in Jeff’s name at the Dow Bay Area Family YMCA.

NEW! Free meals on the weekends, too!

We have been providing free meals and snacks for kids 18 years and younger at our YMCA through our Free Youth Food Program since 2016. Because we have seen a need in our community, beginning in September, we will be providing free breakfast and lunch on Saturdays and Sundays as well!
