In keeping with the executive order by Governor Baker that went into effect yesterday, May 6, 2020, face masks or cloth coverings are now required in all public spaces where social distancing is not possible. This applies to both indoor and outdoor spaces. This guidance must be adhered to at all times by those on campus.
Wearing a face covering can slow the spread of the disease by containing respiratory droplets when a person coughs, sneezes, or speaks. The face coverings can also serve as a reminder to refrain from touching your face. Touching your face after touching something contaminated with COVID-19 increases your chances of getting sick.
