My name is Lanchen and I am a cosmic artist who is explores the cosmos, one painting at a time.

When I was younger it was my dream to become an astronaut but as I got older I found other ways to explore space, through painting it. I started my space journey about 11 years ago when I decided the one thing I wanted to be able to paint was deep space and I have been doing it ever since.

I chose to paint only abstract nebula because I wanted to discover the depths of space that could possibly exist. This took exploration to a whole new level.

Through my art journey I became involved in science communication, the space community and slowly but surely was able to bring space down to earth, making it accessible for everyone.
