Are all your club volunteers approved in 4HOnline? |
33 volunteers, including countywide volunteers and volunteers from twelve different clubs, are currently pending in 4HOnline due to incomplete trainings and/or failure to follow through on the background check process. We have sent letters via postal mail as well as emails to many of these volunteers, with no response. Please ensure your club volunteers are approved in 4HOnline before allowing them to work with youth.
If you have adults on your roster who are not active in your club, let the Extension office know, and we can remove them from your roster.

Note that VERY limited services will be available from the Extension office from November 24 through December 15.

- December 1 - 2: Extension office furniture is being disassembled for move to Moraine Park. Staff will be in the office, but with limited phone, email, and computer access.

December 3, 4, 5: Extension office at PAC is closed; staff is available by email, with limited phone access; see Staff Directory

December 8 - 12: Extension office is closed at both old and new locations; staff will have limited availability by email and phone

December 15: Extension office is open regular business hours at new Moraine Park Technical College location. We strongly urge you to make an appointment when planning to stop in at the Extension office; see Staff Directory
- January 22, 2026: Open House at new Moraine Park Technical College office from 2-4pm.
