GW Reaches $3.2M Agreement to Support Development of Cold Plasma Technology

The ongoing corporate research partnership between SEAS Professor Michael Keidar and the biotech company US Patent Innovations, LLC employs engineering and translational molecular sciences to develop new medical devices.


Federal Funding Fuels GSEHD's Center for Rehabilitation Counselor Research and Education
The center received $11.3 million in grants for programs geared toward research and training in vocational rehabilitation for persons with disabilities..



Upcoming Events
Midnight breakfast is our traditional end of the semester kick-off to finals event for students.  It is your opportunity to take a study break, relax and fend off some of that stress building up.  This year, we are turning “midnight breakfast” into a week-long event featuring engaging virtual activities including game nights, cooking demonstrations and an appearance by a celebrity chef.  

Special Event: The 2020 Election and the Presidential Debates
Join the School of Media and Public Affairs at 7 p.m. Nov. 23 for a conversation on the history, impact and future of the presidential debates, moderated by former CNN Washington bureau chief Frank Sesno. Panel will be vice presidential and presidential debate moderators Susan Page, Chris Wallace and Kristen Welker with debate commission co-chairs Frank J. Fahrenkopf, Jr., and Kenneth Wollack.
