The good news just keeps on rolling out of athletics.
Sound Christian High School junior David Mesler was named the SeaTac League co-MVP.
Mesler averaged 11.5 points per game and 9.8 rebounds, while shooting 58 percent from the field.
Mesler helped lead the Lions to their first SeaTac League tournament title in 15 years as well as a trip to the Class 1B state tournament.
Kona Resseau was also honored, being named to the all-league first team. The freshman averaged 12.1 points per game.
