Whether performing on Zoom or in Norton Clapp Theatre, the cast and crew of [T]Roy the Hillian worked hard to bring the Department of Theatre Arts' fall mainstage production from the page to the stage. Illusion and reality blur, and not everyone is who they seem to be in this new play written and directed by Associate Professor Wind Dell Woods, which ran Oct. 28–Nov. 5. Set in a post-apocalyptic future, the play follows a group of theater artists and scholars as they attempt to re-stage August Wilson’s seminal play Fences.
