Cedar Pond Pavilion is a rustic three-season pavilion nestled in a woodland overlooking scenic Cedar Pond. Cedar Pond Pavilion is available to rent for daytime and overnight family or group events. Rentals include use of Pavilion interior space, including tables, chairs, and white board, and the Pavilion porch and deck. Hidden Meadow Event Field & Group Campground is an ideal setting for community events, and for large families and other groups to experience camping adventures within the “wilds of Willowsford.” Hidden Meadow offers a rustic pavilion, group-style fire pits, potable water and electricity, and space to accommodate tents of any size.
Pricing Adjustments in 2022
Based on listening sessions with the community the Conservancy Board of Trustees and Staff have lowered the fees - we hope this allows more members of our community to utilize our beautiful venues.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR INVASIVE REMOVAL

Like many other invasive plants, garlic mustard inhibits the growth of native plant species in its environment, preventing the growth of biodiversity needed in any ecosystem. Help our team, and the environment, reduce this invasive species through a flexible and seasonal (April-June) volunteer opportunity. Simply hop on a trail with a trash bag in hand and start pulling garlic mustard from our trails! Once you've filled your bag, you can simply take it out with your other yard trimmings.
Learn more about garlic mustard, its impacts, and how to remove it with this guide.
If you have any questions, please email info@willowsfordconservancy.org

EARTH DAY CELEBRATION - THANK YOU!

Thank you to everyone that attended our Earth Day Celebration last Friday! We couldn't have asked for better weather to spend the evening outdoors and celebrate our planet.
Farm inspired meals from the Willowsford Kitchen, nature based crafts led by the Farm and Land Stewardship teams, live music, and connecting with the community - we couldn't think of a better way to showcase this special day and what it means to Willowsford Conservancy.
The Conservancy team looks forward to putting on more events and programming to further connect with our community!
