Separated Staff Accounts Deleted June 25 |
|
|
According to the Account Lifecycle Policy, if you have collaborated with a staff member who left the University prior to June 2024, and some of your content is still stored in their individual Google or Box account instead of a Shared Drive, you will lose access to that content when the account is deleted.
Using the links below, identify any content you may have stored in an account owned by someone who left the University prior to June 2024, and move it into a Google Shared Drive.

MOVING FORWARD
Accounts owned by students who left the University prior to July 2024 are considered inactive and will be deleted Wednesday, July 16.
Beginning this fall, account deletions will occur monthly. According to the Account Lifecycle Process established in 2024, accounts owned by individuals who have left the University will be removed 365 days after their separation.
