We need your help in the Ziegler Building at the Washington County Fair before fair and during the fair! These are critical roles to help get things ready for the fair as well as keep the exhibits safe and secure for all the exhibitors at the fair. A new procedure for 4-H volunteers to reserve rooms in the Public Agency Center takes effect on Monday, July 8, 2024. This change is due to the elimination of the Administrative Assistant position formerly held by Megan Zimmerman, which leaves the Extension office without staffing capacity to coordinate PAC room reservations.

Beginning Monday, July 8 all PAC conference room reservations will be made through Melissa Parask, a Washington County Administrative Assistant in the Natural Resources Department, located in the Public Agency Center, Suite 2300. You can contact Melissa by phone or email to request PAC reservations:

Going forward, please contact Melissa for all questions related to room reservations in the Public Agency Center. The only exception is for the small conference room (Room 1038) located within our Extension Suite. Any arrangements regarding this room will continue to be made through the Extension Office. 

There's still time for your club members in grades 11 and up to submit their application for the Wisconsin 4-H Key Award! Completed applications are due to the Extension office on August 1, 2024.
