Each month we will be sending a Tech Tips specific email focusing on different aspects of the Club's website and mobile app. In this edition, we want to make sure each of you have registered for the website so that you can download our brand-new mobile app! | REGISTERING FOR THE WEBSITE |
Before you can use the mobile App, you need to register for the website to set your username and password. |
It is easy, all you need is your member # and username as it appears in our system.

We are excited to announce the launch of our new and improved mobile app!
Our devices are an important part of our daily lives and the Club's new app is a convenient and user-friendly way to improve your visits to The Club. It can do it all, from making dining reservations, Calendar of events, Member directory, reserving tee times or time in the golf simulator, and pre-arrival registration.

Each member of your family can register for the website and use the mobile app. Your spouse will have the same member # followed by the letter A, the same goes for your dependents...B, C, D and so on. Contact The Club Concierge to confirm their member #'s and name as it appears in our system if you have issues.

| The club directory allows members to search by name and view contact information which other members have made available. Clicking on email addresses or telephone numbers will prompt your mobile device to create an email or dial the telephone number.
|
Your profile can be customized how you like it. We ask that all members add a headshot to help staff and members to learn who each of you are. We ask that you stay clear of photos that do not clearly identify you. |

When members navigate to the Dining module online, they will be presented with the search interface to find available booking times. From this interface, members will be able to choose their desired Date, Time, Party Size, and Room.
|
|
|
Please note that at this time, dining reservations cannot be edited using the mobile app, they can only be created and cancelled. Log into the website or Contact the Club Concierge with any changes.
