Club Leader Updates

We still have 16 enrolled adult volunteers who have not yet completed their background screening, and 82 who have not yet completed the required trainings. These requirements keep our kids safe! Wisconsin 4-H requires adults be approved in 4-H Online before they offer volunteer service. Please encourage your club's adult volunteers to complete any necessary screening/training requirements. Call us at the Extension office if you have any questions about who is authorized to volunteer in your club: 262-335-4478.

Applications for 2024 National 4-H Conference are now live! Do you have an older youth club member you think might benefit from this experience? Please invite them to apply to participate in this conference!! National 4-H Conference is a premiere leadership and civic engagement opportunity, where youth will get the chance to work with a branch of the federal government on an action plan, visit with legislators, and explore Washington DC! 4-H Online allows individuals and families to "opt out" of emails sent through the system. Some of our Washington County 4-H'ers have opted out of emails sent through 4-H Online. However, most of the information sent by us at Extension Washington County 4-H is via 4-H Online. Opting out prevents our 4-H families and individuals from receiving timely and helpful Washington County 4-H information.
