We would like to remind you of a few housekeeping things when submitting income/expense forms to the Washington County Leader's Association:
Please ensure that you are using the correct account numbers (including the I's and E's). If it is an income there should be an "I" following the number and if it is an expense there should be an "E" following the number. See WCLA Accounting Reference Codes

Nine youth in grades 9+ have applied for youth staff counselor roles so far (registration closes February 14)
- Mandatory training for camp staff is Saturday, May 3, at the Public Agency Center, 8am-4:30pm

Registration for adults is still open on 4HOnline. So far, six adults have registered (THANK YOU camp volunteers!!!).
- Family Orientation Night for campers/families is Thursday, May 29, 6:30pm at Fair Park
- Additional camp staff trainings: an evening training the week of May 19th (date TBD), and a New Staff Orientation the week of April 7 (date TBD)
- Summer Camp is June 11-14, 2025

Note that camp dates had to be reserved with Upham Woods before school calendars were released. We will be flexible to accommodate any youth whose last day of school is June 11.
