OLLI members recently enjoyed a truly fantastic time trying their hand at curling, and the experience was nothing short of memorable. From the moment everyone stepped onto the ice, the energy was high and the laughter constant. With guidance from friendly instructors and plenty of encouragement from fellow participants, members quickly got the hang of sliding stones, sweeping with enthusiasm, and cheering on teammates.
For many, it was a first-time experience—and a delightful surprise just how fun, social and engaging curling can be. The outing offered the perfect blend of light physical activity, learning something new and connecting with friends in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.
