• On November 11, TEDxNYUShanghai November Salon invited
Dan Bullock, Assistant Professor of Intercultural Business Communication and Public Relations at NYU Stern School of Business,
Raúl Sánchez, award-winning Clinical Assistant Professor at NYU School of Professional Studies,
Zhang Xingchen, NYU Shanghai Clinical Instructor of Interactive Media Arts, and
Emily Chang, Adjunct Professor for NYU SPS to discuss the idea of what "nonessential" means.
"I hope that the November Salon was a great opportunity for students to contemplate and reflect on the essentials and nonessentials of life, especially having heard how to frame language in cross-cultural communication, the nonessential mindset, and the development of 'nonessential' memories into digital fractal memories," said Ken Wu’24, the president of TEDxNYU Shanghai club.
