Important information you need to know about Commencement.
Important information you need to know about Commencement.
We are just a few days away from your well-earned commencement! This email contains many important details you will need to know about this momentous weekend.

How early should you arrive for each event? And what can you bring into the Chiles Center? (Hint: leave your backpacks, balloons, air horns, and signs at home!) Please read the information below carefully to find all the answers.

If you need additional assistance, there will be an information booth on Saturday and Sunday at Chiles Center to address your questions. You may also visit the Commencement website for updated schedules or answers to frequently asked questions.
Undergraduate Ceremony Commencement Tickets

You will receive your tickets today or tomorrow. Please note that you may not receive them at the same time as your classmates, as they are being sent individually. If you have not received your tickets by 9 a.m. on Wednesday, April 30, please reply to this email.

All tickets are “Print at Home” tickets. They will be delivered as a PDF and can either be printed out or scanned from your phone. Please be careful distributing tickets as each barcode is unique and can only be scanned once.

All seats are reserved, and your guests must sit in the seats listed on their tickets. If you requested limited mobility (LM) seating, those tickets have been assigned to the first two rows of each section: rows 1–2 for sections with fold-down seats, and rows 18–19 for bleacher sections.

Tickets were randomly assigned through the ticketing system. No changes to seat assignments will be made.
