It's Membership Time!

Have you renewed or started your membership with The Arc Montgomery County? Annual membership for 2023-2024 began on July 1, 2023, and ends on June 30, 2024.

Renewing your membership for $50/year ($25 for people supported) provides benefits like receiving bi-annual and monthly newsletters, gaining insights through our annual report, and having voting rights at our annual elections and membership meetings.

Pre-K 3 Openings at KFICCC!

Our family-centered, fully inclusive childcare center has openings in the Pre-K 3 class. Watch your child thrive as they explore, learn, play, and grow. Class begins on August 28 and your child must be 3 years old by September 1st.

Financial assistance is available for qualifying families. Families that are at 300% or below the poverty level, have a child with an identified disability or medical condition, or speak a language other than English at home may qualify for free tuition.

STAND Together on August 9

Make the most of your summer by meeting with other people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in Montgomery County. This group of self-advocates meets monthly for an hour on Zoom to discuss topics that impact people with IDD. Join the conversation, meet new friends, help find new solutions, help one another, and stand together!

Adaptive Paddling Program

Row, row, row your boat with Montgomery Parks in their new adaptive paddling program. In partnership with Team River Runner, this inclusive program is for people with disabilities, their families, and their friends. Trained staff and volunteers are on hand to make this experience accessible and enjoyable.
