Two activities are required to earn a discount on your medical insurance premium in 2026
- Lab work
- A follow-up physical exam
How to schedule online:
- Log in to the Marathon Health portal and click on "Schedule An Appointment"
- Click on "Annual Physical"
- Select "Yes, Schedule Labs + Physical Exam" and choose the desired appointment time for your lab draw
- Click "Schedule Physical Exam" on the pop-up
- Choose the desired appointment time for your physical at least 2 days after your blood draw
- The last day to complete the two-step biometric screening is July 31, 2025.
- The biometric screening is not related to the Preventive Care/Annual physical benefit covered under the Anthem medical plan.
To earn a discount, please schedule a lab draw and a physical exam appointment with Marathon Health by July 31, 2025. You may also schedule with your personal provider, at your own expense. If using a personal provider, you will need to complete, and submit to Marathon Health, the Outside Provider form found on the Marathon Health Portal or available from the Marathon Health clinic.
*The premium discount is $25 per pay period for employees OR $50 if both employee and covered spouse completes the required activities.
