Dear ECELP Families,
Following the Governor's Proclamation, which recommended closure of communal spaces to prevent the further spread of illness, the ECELP adhered to this recommendation in order to keep your children safe. We understand the financial considerations each family faces in continuing to provide care for their children. As such, we will be applying the appropriate credit for March and also placing a temporary hold on the April tuition draft payments, in FACTS, in an effort to relieve any financial burden. We will examine the continuation of school closures, and communicate with you again, before drafting any future tuition payments.
During this fluid situation, we will continue to monitor our many state and LSU messages, guidelines, and resources. As decisions are reached, we will continue to communicate updates as well as decisions with you in a timely manner. Rest assured, your ECELP teachers are using this time for professional and curriculum development.
On behalf of the entire staff, we want you to know that we miss seeing your children daily.
This email list was generated from FACTS; if you find that someone is missing from this email, or this is not your preferred email, please contact Celeste Smith and give her your preferred email address.
Please stay safe.
Sincerely,
Cyndi
