Period Activity Pay for 2027 |
As we prepare for the transition to Workday Finance, there is a one-time change to certain Period Activity Pay (PAP) requests. PAP payment end dates cannot extend beyond June 23, 2027, so some requests spanning the Workday Finance cutover may need to be split into two PAPs.
If you're entering PAP that extends into summer 2027, review the guidance now to avoid rework later. Review PAP Guidance

Applying for a Job at Ole Miss? Start in Workday |
Current employees interested in a new opportunity at the university should search and apply for positions through the Jobs Hub in Workday. Simply search for Jobs and select the Jobs Hub report.
Current employees cannot apply through external career websites (ex: Staff Openings Job Board), which is intended for external applicants. Internal applications must be submitted through Workday.

Piecing Together the Vocab |
CourseLeaf CLSS is the university's new tool for building and managing course schedules. Departments are now using CLSS to develop Spring and Summer schedules, helping streamline the scheduling process as academic operations continue transitioning to the new Banner ecosystem.

|
Our first full semester in Banner is a significant milestone, and we know the transition has brought some challenges along the way. As we work through them, we are learning where processes can improve and where additional support is needed.
We appreciate the patience, flexibility, and problem-solving happening across campus. This work is about creating a stronger, more connected experience for our students and building a modern foundation that will support our academic mission for years to come.
