Nearly two dozen Emerson alumni won Boston/New England Emmy Awards in June for excellence in broadcast journalism and marketing—some taking home multiple honors! WBZ anchor/reporter David Wade ’95 came out of the evening with three awards. Check out the full list of winners.
Lisa Parlagreco ‘85, Esq. received a 2025 Leader in the Law Award for proving the innocence of a man wrongly imprisoned for 26 years—resulting in a $13M award against the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Deborah Correa '06 completed post-production on her directorial debut, which was shot on location in Tucson, Arizona with Director of Photography and fellow Emersonian Evan Jake Cohen '05. The War Between, a Civil War historical drama, is slated for a limited theatrical release this fall with TriCoast Worldwide.
