Last Friday, OEV and Leon County hosted the eighth annual Leon Works Expo! During the event, over 700 students from Leon, Wakulla, and Gadsden counties connected with nearly 100 local employers & academic institutions to learn about skilled career opportunities available in the Big Bend Region. This Expo is a crucial platform for our future workforce to make meaningful connections and build bright futures. Whether through workshops, demonstrations, or networking sessions, this event is an engaging and eye-opening experience for all attendees!

| Single-Family Home Prices Down by 5.7%

According to our data from March 2023, the median sales price for a single-family home in the Tallahassee metro area was $305K, down 5.7% from the July 2022 peak of $323.5K. Statewide, the median sales price of a single-family home in March was $405K, down 3.6% from the June 2022 peak of $420K.
