With over 500 attendees, the TIPQC Annual Meeting kicked off with a celebration of all the hard work over the past year - not to mention the last 17 years! Highlights always include Commissioner Dr. Alvarado, Simulation Training, Project, QI, AI, and Lactation Workforce Training Workshops, the Poster Session, The Mother's Milk Bank reception, and the Fire Side Chat with Deputy Commissioner Tobi Amosun, MD and Victor Wu, MD, MPH. Speaker highlights this year included Josef Neu, MD from the University of Florida, Diana Wolfe, MD, MPH from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Kristina Dulaney, RN, MPH from Cherished Moms, James Barry, MD, MBA University of Colorado Health, Eva Dye, DNP from Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt, Jay Naliboff, MD from the Maine PQC, Trisha Short, BSN, RNC-OB from TeamBirth, Solaire Spellen, MPH from IRTH, and Tiffany Taft, PhD from Count the Kicks. A myriad of speakers also presented at all of the workshops. TIPQC greatly appreciates the expertise and time these presenters, the volunteers, Blue Care TN, Wellpoint, United Healthcare Community Plan, and the Tennessee Department of Health for their generous support, and so many others who contributed to making this a success.
