Daily Health Screening
During remote learning, ALL families and faculty should continue to complete the daily health screening (sent via text every morning), so that we can monitor the health of our community. Thank you!

Grade Level Social Meet-Ups
To meet the social-emotional needs of our students, join us this week for Meet-Ups hosted by our Extended Day teachers for community time, games, and more! This is a moderated, safe space for students to gather virtually with friends. See schedule below.

Extended Day Credits
The accounts of families with Extended Day contracts will be prorated to receive a 13-day credit for January 6-23 in their February installment invoices as these were remote learning days. Please contact Mike Jackson, Director of Finance, with any questions.

Q3 Parent-Requested Remote Learning
Looking ahead, St. Michael’s will offer parent-requested remote learning during the 3rd academic quarter, but remote learning models will vary depending upon the grade of the child. Remote learning should be selected as an option only in the case of a family’s well-considered need for greater mitigation than the School can offer.
St M will seek a quarterly commitment from parents if the remote learning opportunity is selected. Thus, families choosing a remote option MUST remain in remote learning from January 25-April 2, the end of the 3rd quarter.
Should you wish to opt for Q3 remote learning for your child, please complete the form below BY JANUARY 15. A Division Director will then follow-up by phone to discuss your request.

Support Our Annual Auction
Planning is well underway for this year's annual auction on Friday, March 26 (note the new date), at 7 p.m. Now in its 30th year, the tradition continues with fun class projects, an array of unforgettable items, and a festive celebration of St. Michael’s Episcopal School and our students.
As you well know, our parents play a crucial role in ensuring the auction's success. There are many wonderful opportunities for you to contribute your talents.
You may be thinking, “What do I have to offer?”
- Do you have a vacation home or own a timeshare? Trips are a HUGE hit!
- Host a spectacular dinner party with a group of your friends.
- Put together a fabulous ‘theme’ basket of goodies.
- Do you have season tickets (college or professional sports, concert, theater, etc.)?

| COVID Reporting Protocol/Form
If someone in your family has symptoms, has been exposed, or is being tested for COVID-19, please inform the School IMMEDIATELY IN WRITING via the COVID-19 Reporting Form link below. The confidentiality of the diagnosed student or faculty member will be maintained.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: If you submit your COVID reporting form after hours or on weekends, please keep your child HOME until you hear from Nurse Maben on the next school day.
