This workshop explores Afro-Cuban dances that are informed by social, spiritual, and folkloric traditions in Cuba. UChicago GRAD offers a Writing Tutor for Graduate students. Grad students can make an appointment with the GRAD tutor through our website. Students can consult with tutors on writing term papers or dissertation chapters to enhance their academic English (Graduate students may drop in for the ESL/EAL College Core tutor).
Applications Due for Pozen Human Rights Doctoral Fellows Program

Applications are open for the Human Rights Doctoral Fellows Program, a yearlong interdisciplinary forum for doctoral students whose research intersects with human rights themes. Fellows receive mentorship, a $3,000 stipend, and grants to support research (including field work) as well as conference attendance.
