|
The Bureau of Development Services rescinded its Additional Sink Covenant Code Guide and its policy of requiring covenants for additional sinks in detached structures as part of planning and zoning review.

Portland City Council unanimously passed three resolutions that will expand the Enterprise Zone program, which is locally and nationally recognized as an innovative tax incentive tool to help businesses grow in an inclusive way.

Updates to draft Ezones in Columbia Corridor and nearby industrial land available for review
|
The updated draft Ezones reflect site visit results and refinements of mapping policies. Residents, business owners, and property owners are invited to review the updated draft Ezones on the CCIL Map App. Contact project staff with questions or use the Map App to request a site visit.

Portland Housing Bureau and Multnomah County Partner to Release $28.8M in Capital Funding for 400+ Affordable Homes
|
Funds from the Metro Affordable Housing Bond and Multnomah County general fund will target permit-ready projects with remaining budget gaps; funds from the Portland Clean Energy Fund, the Joint Office of Homeless Services, and Section 8 vouchers also available.
