In this issue of Habitat Happenings we feature a sneak peek to Builders Blitz 2022, which kicks off Feb. 7. This is an amazing effort to help change lives and the communities in which we serve.

Closing timeCongratulations to Jaquira, who closed on her Habitat home in Juniper Bend last week! It was extra special since it was her daughter's 2nd birthday. Her little girl helped pass the documents and drew pictures during the closing.

After not adding to our Board in 2021 due to the uncertainty of the pandemic, the 2022 class is the biggest in recent history.

Monthly Milestone: 2018As we look back on our 35th anniversary, we think about all of the great things our volunteers have accomplished. We are also particularly proud about the fact that in 2018, we changed our name from Habitat for Humanity of Greater Orlando to Habitat for Humanity of Greater Orlando and Osceola County. This action helped expand our overall footprint in Central Florida allowing us to help more people in need.
