The American Library Association awarded a 2026 PR Xchange Award to UCSB Library for our 2024-2025 Impact Report.

This exhibition showcases the award-winning, captivating images created by UCSB researchers for the Art of Science 2026 competition.

UCSB students, faculty and staff enjoy free online access to The New York Times, The Washington Post, Financial Times, and many other digital news media collections.

The Current highlighted Samuel Liu and Shirley Qiu, the winners of the 2026 Library Award for Undergraduate Research (LAUR). The award recognized the students' deep engagement with Library collections, services and resources, and their ability to produce high-quality, scholarly work.
