The Columbia Missourian is once again partnering with NewsMatch to raise funds for the newsroom. Thanks to our incredible alumni and friends, we are well on our way to reaching the $20,000 goal. If the Missourian had a positive impact on your
J-School training experience, we hope you'll consider making a gift before Dec. 31. The funding will make it easier for newsroom leaders to say "yes" to unique projects that improve our coverage and service to our community.

Maddie Meyers, a senior studying strategic communication, took part in the J-School's Barcelona Internship Program, immersing herself in both work and culture. Selected among ten students for the program, Meyers landed an internship at El Nacional, a prominent Catalan and Spanish-language online newspaper, becoming the first student from the program to do so.
