Patient Portal

COMING THIS MONTH! Portal administrators can now mandate parts of custom forms in the Form Builder. This functionality will make it so that specific elements of forms built with the Form Builder can be set to a required state when being completed by a patient. Electronic Billing/Professional Claims

A new ANSI option has been added for professional electronic billing. Set Box 19 & Loop 2300 to Provider Name & NPI. When enabled the rule will always include the rendering provider's NPI, first name, and last name in the following formats:
Box 19: XX + NPI or '9999999999' (if no NPI) + Last Name + First Name
ANSI loop 2300 NTE: "NTE**" + XX + NPI or '9999999999' (if no NPI) + Last Name + First Name

If there is a billing supervisor, then their NPI, first name, and last name are appended to the provider's information in the same format (separated by three spaces).

C-SSRS in Nursing Note

A button with access to the Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale has been added to the work areas of the Nursing Progress Note. Visible from the top left corner of the note work areas, the button when clicked will navigate to the full C-SSRS form with an option to go "Back" or "Compile this Note." Clicking to go "Back" will return to the Nursing Note work areas and leave the C-SSRS as an unfinished note in the chart face. Clicking to "Compile this Note" will compile the C-SSRS separately from the Nursing Progress Note.
