Q: How do I watch Super Bowl LVIII via streaming?
A. This year's Super Bowl will be broadcast on CBS, which means it will also be available to stream live on Paramount+. The game will be available on both Paramount+ tiers — the ad-supported Paramount+ Essential plan that's available for $5.99 per month, or the ad-free Paramount+ with SHOWTIME plan that's available for $11.99 per month.
If you don't have a Paramount+ subscription yet, you'll have to sign up for the streaming service if you want to watch the Super Bowl via the Paramount+ interface. There won't be any way to stream the game for free without an active subscription. However, customers who have never subscribed to Paramount+ before can get a 30-day free trial to either plan of the service using promo code CHALLENGE39. Q: Why am I seeing more commercials when I watch Prime Video? A. Beginning January 29th, 2024, Amazon defaulted all Prime Video customers to a new version with limited ads unless they pay an extra $2.99 per month extra for a new ad-free option. Amazon's statement read, in part, "This will allow us to continue investing in compelling content and keep increasing that investment over a long period of time. We aim to have meaningfully fewer ads than linear TV and other streaming TV providers." Q: How much did Fubo prices go up recently? A. Starting February 1st, 2024, the base plan for all Fubo users went up $5.00. But if you have a regional sports fee, add another dollar to that. This means the Pro Base Plan went up to $79.99 monthly. Most users will have to add another $11.99 or $14.99 per month for the regional sports fee. The cost of the STARZ add-on increased as well, going up by a dollar to $9.99 monthly. To soften the blow, Fubo is promising to make its cloud DVR unlimited in the coming months. |
