Online Registration Opens February 1, 2016

The Pre-Conference Sessions, Keynote Speakers and Concurrent Workshops information will be provided beginning February 1 on the FHSA Website along with the Online Registration Link. 

Be sure to watch your emails for the Registration Form sent to you by FHSA.

Late Online and On-site Registration: March 19- April 20

  • Members:  $125.00; Late Registration: $175.00
  • Non-Members: $225.00; Late Registration: $275.00
• Conference, April 20-22
  • Members:  $250.00; Late Registration:  $300.00
  • Non-Members:  $350.00; Late Registration:  $400.00
• Pre-Conference & Conference Combined, April 19-22 
  • Members:  $300.00; Late Registration:  $400.00
