Hi All, It is crazy how fast the summer flew and we are back to another year. Good luck to all of the youth as they begin another school year. At the same time we are starting a new 4-H year!
Thanks to the clubs who have done a great job with 4-H promotion this year. We have many interested new members who are eager to learn about the 4-H program. Along with the new beginnings, you will also begin to see a new marketing campaign for Wisconsin 4-H coming out soon!
The Dodge County 4-H Leaders Association meeting is coming up. Please remember we are looking for youth and adults to serve on the Executive Board and Endowment Fund Committee. Please send or email the nomination form for anyone interested in serving a 2 year term. It is always great to have new ideas, especially from areas where we have not had members. There will be other interesting topics on the agenda so plan now to attend.
Have a great week!

Nominations Open for 4-H Executive Board & 4-H Endowment Committee
Encourage club volunteers and youth members to serve on these leadership Boards! The 4-H Executive Board members can only serve for two terms at a time, with a total of four years. There are four vacant spots for the board next year and four vacant spots for the youth next year. This rule is put in place so that the same people are not serving the board and new opinions are being put out there. The youth have to be in 7th grade or higher in order to be nominated.

Achievers (Campbell Panetti) The leaders thanked all families in the club who helped with different activities at the Fair such as food stands, 4-H Booths, Fish Pond, Silent Auction basket, and the planter. Without our volunteers, the Fair would not have run smoothly. Richwood Rangers (Sam Zubke) Talked about going to Schuesters in Deerfield for a haunted house and corn maze. Nick Zubke took over the Facebook page and asked all to post their Fair accomplishments.

4-H Arts Camp! October 22-23, 2022
Arts Camp, Arts Camp, It’s the place to be! It’s the 4-H way to build your creativity. Paint a picture, sing a song, the arts are on the run!
Are you a middle schooler looking for an opportunity to explore the arts through 4-H? If so, you don’t want to miss Wisconsin 4-H Arts Camp! This state level experience offers one place for youth grades 6-8 to learn about topics like music, drama, visual arts, photography, communications, and more!
You’ll rotate through the different arts tracks each day, participate in various group activities throughout, and close with a ceremony for parents and families, celebrating the results of your Arts Camp experiences. You’ll also meet new friends, participate in camp games, and enjoy the great natural setting of Upham Woods, a 300-acre environmental education center on the Wisconsin River near Wisconsin Dells.
If you haven’t been a part of the Arts Camp experience, come and see what you’ve been missing! Space is limited.
