Would you like to be a part of this amazing group?!  This 8 week session meets for 2 bootcamp style workouts per week and includes individual counseling in a motivating group setting to help you achieve your personal goals.

To lose weight, get stronger, gain endurance, maintain fitness, get tone…...then Body Back is the program for you!!!


There are two sessions available.  Early Bird session at 5:45 am and an evening session 7-8 pm. Both sessions begin Tuesday, September 23 and classes are Tuesday/Thursday at Andrew Brown Park East in Coppell.  Minimum of 4 participants needed in each session.

Cost: $389 First Time Participants, $289 Current Fit4Mom Monthly Members, $180 Body Back Veterans (workouts only)
