| Remembering Barry Krasner: Master Educator, Cherished Colleague
Local Jewish educator and former Federation professional, Barry Krasner, z"l, passed away on July 4th at age 79. Our Federation team and Barry's friends, family, and colleagues across the community remember him fondly. As Louis Nagel, education director of Beth Shalom in Columbia, MD, eulogized, "Barry Krasner had an enormous, positive influence...on the quality of Jewish education in this vast region.” May Barry's memory be for a blessing.
