TOCSL EVENTS

Good Morning, Commuters
FREE breakfast for commuter students on Wednesday, April 3 from 9AM-11:30AM (end time may vary while supplies last). It is an excellent opportunity for off-campus students to connect over breakfast. TOCSL serves around 150 UMD students per month!
We will  have Qdoba burritos available on a first-come, first-served basis. The first 50 attendees will receive a Good Morning Commuters lunch bag!

TOCSL Tuesday Blooming Bouquets
Come out on April 16th, from 1:30 - 3:30 PM, and create a bouquet for yourself or a loved one. It's the perfect way to unwind and connect with fellow transfer and off-campus students. We’re providing everything you need: vases and flowers.

Don’t miss out on this blooming great time! (RSVP is not required)

Transfer and Off-Campus Student Appreciation Week
TOCSL will host a week of events to celebrate transfer and off-campus students from April 29-May 3. Stay tuned for more details later in the month!

SEE Spring Movie Series 
Join SEE at the Hoff Theatre for the Spring Movie Series, Part 2. Free admission for all, so grab your friends and let’s make it a night to remember. See the lineup and save the dates! 
SAAM Resource Fair
Join the Sexual Assault Prevention Committee (SAPC) for their Sexual Assault Awareness Month Resource Fair!  Tomorrow, April 2 from 3PM-5PM, SAPC and partner groups will be on Mckeldin Mall to promote awareness and services related to power-based violence prevention and response on campus

Off-Campus Living Fair
TOCSL will be at this Off-Campus Living Fair on Wednesday, April 3 from 4PM-6PM in the Grand Ballroom of STAMP. See what options are available to you if you are living off-campus, and stop by our table to check out our new giveaway items.
Wind Down Wednesday
Join us for quiet music, meditation, and a guided labyrinth walk on the first Wednesday of each month. Lunch provided. All in the campus community are welcome. Sign up and unwind with us.

Ramadan Iftar Dinners
The Stamp is honored to host a series of Iftars this Ramadan. Ramadan is the holy month where observing Muslims abstain from food and water from sunrise to sunset for the lunar month. All are invited to come break their fast in community. Learn more and find additional resources.

SEE Presents: Spring Fest!
Want to celebrate before the big concert? Springfest (previously known as Art Attack Day Events) will take place on Friday, Apr. 5 on McKeldin Mall! From 4PM - 8PM, there will be FREE ice cream, Art Attack-exclusive giveaways, inflatables, and more. This event is FREE and open to both the UMD Community and the general public.

Massage Therapy
Massage therapy has many benefits to the mind, body and soul. It helps relieve pain, ease stress, improve sleep, and so much more. Massage Therapy is available to students, faculty, and staff at an affordable cost! Students who are enrolled in the University of Maryland Student Health Insurance Plan are eligible to receive one (1) free massage therapy each semester. Learn more about Massage Therapy at the University Health Center and book an appointment today. 
Naloxone Training
Did you know you can get Naloxone at the UHC for free? Just attend a Naloxone Training! Register for a free, one-hour training. We hope to see you there!
Nutrition Coaching (free)
Peer Nutrition Coach can help you incorporate all your favorite holiday foods into a nourishing diet.  Email nutritioncoach@umd.edu to set up an appointment 
Wags for Wellness
Wags for Wellness is an Animal Assisted Activity, featuring well trained and highly skilled volunteer pups from our partner organization People. Animals. Love. (PAL). Visit the Health Center’s Wags for Wellness page for more information and a list of upcoming special events this spring.
The Wellness Series
The Counseling Center is hosting drop-in virtual skills sessions. Check out any or all of the 16 topics Mondays-Thursdays at 4PM throughout the semester.
