The Trustees of Haverhill Public Library have selected Erland Construction, in collaboration with CHA Solutions, OverUnder, and West Work, to lead a transformative renovation focused on replacing Haverhill Public Library’s exterior envelope and revitalizing key interior spaces. In collaboration with the project team, Erland will oversee the installation of new cladding, windows, doors, and roofing systems, along with targeted interior improvements across the library’s three floors. These upgrades will include modified MEP-FP systems to enhance building performance and support future flexibility.

In addition to the architectural and mechanical enhancements, the project will address exterior accessibility by repairing and replacing the site’s ADA access points, landscaping, and hardscape elements. Throughout the renovation, Erland will maintain a strong emphasis on safety and minimal disruption, ensuring library operations can continue without interruption.

This project marks the first collaboration between Erland and the Haverhill Public Library. The team is proud to deliver a thoughtful and impactful renovation that will support the Library’s mission and serve the community for years to come.
