The International Student Hub (I-Hub) is your central resource for everything related to being an international student at New York University. We are a collaboration between the Office of Global Services (OGS) and the Center for Student Life (CSL) dedicated to support your success and well-being at NYU. 

Most of your questions related to academics would be directed to your hosting academic department. Your immigration questions should be directed to IIE.

To contact IIE for any and all of your immigration-based matters: You can find all the information about your Fulbright Program at Fulbright Online. The Resources section has the contact information (email and phone) for your IIE advisor. It also lists the emergency line if a serious emergency arises outside of business hours. The website should be your go-to for all IIE Fulbright-related questions/documents/policies, etc.

This message is the first of an email series for new international Fulbright students at NYU. They contain very important information and resources to help you acclimate to NYU and the US. So, stay on the lookout for future emails!

Make a plan for how to get to your New York destination before you leave for New York. If arriving at one of the three major airports in the New York area, you can choose to take public transport. Taking a yellow cab (which you'll find at the airport) or using a car service like Lyft or Uber will be another convenient option. If you are taking a yellow cab, it’s good to be mindful of the standard taxi rates and be wary of possible scams. Pre-Orientation is a series of webinars designed to give incoming international students and their families an opportunity to become familiar with the processes and procedures associated with being a student at NYU.
