The U.S. Air Force Academy Association & Foundation has recently learned of the death of Col. (Ret.) Brian E. Wages, CS-11, Class of 1965. Col. Wages passed away on Jan. 25, 2026, in La Mesa, California.

A Celebration of Life will be held at noon on March 7, 2026, at the San Diego Country Club, 88 L. St., Chula Vista, California.
Inurnment will be held at the USAFA Cemetery at a later date.
His family has suggested memorial donations be made in lieu of flowers to the Salvation Army.
