Connection 2026 Report

Nearly 100 girls and their leaders gathered together for Connection on September 11-13 at the Tennessee Tech BCM in Cookeville. The event  is a special time for girls and their leaders to connect and bond with one another, grow spiritually, develop ministry skills, and learn about missions by hearing personally from a missionary to Southeast Asia.
This year's theme, GIFTED, focused on how we are each uniquely shaped for ministry according to our spiritual gifts, heart, abilities, personality, and experiences. In addition to learning about each of these categories, they also attended breakouts about creative ways to communicate the gospel through puppets, clowning & balloon animals, which can be used at church plant block parties, in nursing homes, hospitals, at fairs and festivals and parades, VBS, and other outreach events.
Thank you, Tennessee Baptists, for praying for and giving toward this event through the Golden Offering for Tennessee Missions so that middle & high school girls can continue to develop a missions lifestyle.
