Then come on down and join the VRC and the PSU School of Music & Theater at the Lincoln Hall Boiler Room Theater (LH55) for an incredible performance of "An Iliad," by Lisa Peterson and Denis O'hare.

Come on down to the VRC tomorrow for a transformative six-week journey to holistic wellness taught by Pauleena Moyer! Every Tuesday we will be hosting a weekly mindful movement series guided by an experienced holistic wellness coach and somatic movement practitioner, designed to help you reconnect with your body, mind, and overall well-being.
Each session will dive into the principles of somatic movement, which is all about building awareness through gentle, intentional movement to reduce tension and restore balance. We will also explore mindful eating habits and learn about holistic wellness practices that can be incorporated into daily life. Every session will be catered courtesy of a generous Veteran ally.

The VRC will be hosting a Veterans Appreciation Breakfast in honor of Veterans day. Enjoy a delicious spread featuring eggs, french toast, fresh fruit, breakfast meats, and more!
Come for the food, stay for the community. We’re located in the basement of Smith Memorial Student Union, SMSU 18—everyone is welcome!

In honor of Veteran's day, the VRC will be hosting a food drive to restock our micro food pantry! The food within the pantry is available to all VRC patrons and the only monitored aspects are the expiration dates.
Come support your local Veteran community with canned goods and other non-perishables. Donations to the food pantry are welcome at anytime.

Want to get involved with the Veteran community at PSU? Become a VRC Advisory Board Member! The first meeting will be Nov 13th and will decide the time and dates of all future meetings. The board meets to help advise, recommend actions, decide budgets, and vote on matters related to the VRC and those we serve. All PSU community members are welcome!
Along with becoming a voting board member, the VRC Advisory board will also be holding elections for chaired positions, including President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Communications Officer shortly!
