Erland has been selected by A.W. Perry, in partnership with STV, to lead the full-scale transformation of One Technology Place—a premier Class A suburban office building situated on a 22-acre campus that spans the towns of Rockland and Hingham. Thoughtfully designed for modern business needs, One Tech features flexible floor plates, on-site wellness-focused amenities which include a full-service café, fitness and yoga studios, nature trails, and an open-air patio that encourages both productivity and community. This exciting redevelopment project includes a comprehensive base building renovation with upgraded building systems, enhanced entryways, common areas, and amenity spaces, as well as the strategic demising of unoccupied space to attract new tenants and drive leasing activity to the remaining 60,000 SF available for lease.

In addition to the base building scope, Erland will deliver an interior fit-out for Rockland Trust, which will be leasing approximately 140,000 SF as its new corporate headquarters. This build-out will provide a high-quality, functional workplace tailored to support their daily operations and long-term success.

This marks Erland’s first project with A.W. Perry.
