The Race Is On! 


The race is on... to get your Auction tickets! We are excited to see that so many auction tickets have been purchased in support of St. Michael's. It's NOT too late to get yours!
The St. Michael's Annual Auction is on Friday, January 20, 6 p.m.  "Ski" you there!

Tuition Credit Raffle: The Odds Are In Your Favor! 


Purchase a tuition raffle ticket for a chance to win a $5,000 tuition credit for the 2023-2024 school year!  
The winner will be drawn at the Auction. Only 250 tickets will be sold.
Grandparents, family, and friends may purchase tuition raffle tickets and designate a family to receive the credit. No limit to the number of tickets you may purchase.  A minimum of 125 tickets must be sold.

'23-'24 Re-Enrollment Contracts

IMPORTANT: Online re-enrollment contracts for current students for the 2023-24 school year will be emailed to families on Monday, January 30, and are due back by noon on Thursday, February 9. 
Please mark your calendarsSimilar to last year, re-enrollment will take place digitally through PowerSchool. Details to follow soon!

Nurse Maben Update

Please join us in sending good wishes and healing thoughts to Nurse Maben as she heads into surgery this week for knee replacement. Nurse Maben will be out for the next six weeks recuperating and we will be counting the days until her return. 
We are delighted that Nurse Teresa Coggins will fill Nurse Maben's shoes in the interim.

Intro to Middle School for St M Fifth Grade Parents


The new year is off to a great start, and we're already planning for our fifth graders' transition to Middle School! Fifth grade parents, come join us on Thursday, January 19 at 8:15 a.m. in the Singleton Hall Allen Library to check out the exciting programs and opportunities we have in store for your child next year.  Our sixth grade coordinator, Mrs. Bridget Evans, will be joining us as well. 
  • We recommend that you arrive at the tail end of the morning carpool, so you can park after you drop off your child.

Summer Camp Registration Launches January 31!

While it may be winter, we’ve got SUMMER on our minds! Exciting plans are well underway for our 2023 St M Summer Spectacular Camps. SEVEN weekly camp sessions will be offered from June 20-August 1 for ages 4-14!
Mark your calendars: 2023 Camp Registration launches on TUESDAY, JANUARY 31! 
St M had record-breaking, sold-out attendance at our camp programs last summer. We have lots of fun and engaging full and half-day camp opportunities in store for this summer -- from Pokemon-Inspired Game Design, Dragon Bakeshop, Rick Hamlin's Basketball, and other exciting sports camps, to Slime Camp, Space Academy, ArtHaus art camps, and SO much more! 
We will be releasing the camp catalog shortly. Please INVITE YOUR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS to participate!

It's Almost Showtime!

Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! Our Middle School musical cast is hard at work preparing for this amazing Mary Poppins Jr. show! We CAN'T WAIT! It will be fun for ALL ages.
For those that are new to St M, our Middle School musicals tend to sell out and are NOT to be missed! Our new Perkinson Arts Center enables us to accommodate increased seating for the four performances. The show will run for about an hour and 15 minutes, including intermission.
The FOUR performances are as follows:
  • Thursday, February 9, 4 p.m.
  • Friday, February 10, 7 p.m.
  • Saturday, February 11, 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
SAVE THE DATE: Tickets go on sale on SUNDAY, JANUARY 22! Stay tuned for details.

Got Lunch? New Food Vendor 

Over the coming weeks, Yay Lunch will be introducing some new food vendors, starting this week with Fancy Biscuit. Check out their lunch offerings!

COVID Reporting Protocol/Form


If someone in your family has symptoms, has been exposed, or is being tested for COVID-19, please inform the School  IMMEDIATELY IN WRITING via the COVID-19 Reporting Form linked below. The link is also on the School website.
Upon receipt of this information, St M's school nurse will contact the family.  Please keep your child(ren) AT HOME until contacted by Nurse Maben.

Parent Bible Study

All are welcome to join a Bible Study led by St M parents. The discussion on FAITH, guided by the “Christian Virtues” booklet and Ephesians 1, will be this Thursday, January 12, 9 a.m. at Chris and Lara Rayborn’s home.  Please use this Google form to RSVP as well as receive the study guide and stay connected regarding the rest of our meetings!  We look forward to discussing the application of these principles in our lives and how to teach them to our children.
