A former parks and recreation director, including for the City of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, Jay's 35-year experience is heavily in programming and operational analyses, visioning, and forecasting.
Jay doesn't sit at one end of the table. His seasoned experience allows him to sit in the middle—translating conversations, ideas, and takeaways between clients and architects and engineers.
Highly in tune with the parks, recreation, and municipal landscape throughout the Twin Cities metro, Jay's work with ISG is quickly spanning the Midwest. His unique perspective helps municipalities not only design projects, but also helps get municipalities set up to undergo a design project.
"I worked with ISG sitting across the table as a client and was really impressed. Now, I get to work shoulder to shoulder with them to make a difference for other parks and recreation directors out there."

2025 NSIC/SAAC
Summit Recap
Wayne, NE
Over 70 student-athletes from the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) gathered for the annual Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) Summit, an event focused on leadership, collaboration, and preparing student-athletes for life beyond college sports. ISG marked its fourth year investing in the summit, an investment which is driven by ISG's success in hiring student-athletes for their strong work ethic, mental preparedness, and teamwork skills.
This year, ISG’s performance coaching team, led by Performance Strategist Dave Williams, played a central role in the event. Dave presented actionable strategies on how to lead oneself and others, a core theme of the summit and ISG’s team.
As the higher education climate changes, ISG evolves alongside it—offering coaching not only internally, but now as a service externally. The positive impact of these coaching efforts is already felt by student-athletes and ISG's employee owners—helping them unlock their full potential.
