Claim your Theater Tickets
Claim your Lawn Tickets
Request Bus Transportation between Stevens and PNC Bank Arts Center
Order a Commemorative Commencement Program
Claiming Your Guest Tickets
Graduating students can only claim the number of tickets within their allotment. We ask that graduates only claim the number of tickets needed so that all unclaimed tickets can be made available to other students. All unclaimed tickets after April 29, 2024 will become property of Stevens and will be made available for redistribution. Graduates who do not claim any guest tickets by the specified deadline forfeit their right to the guest tickets and are not guaranteed guest tickets for the Commencement ceremonies.
Undergraduate Student Guest Ticket Allotment
Undergraduates participating in the May ceremony will receive 5 tickets in the theater seats and 5 tickets on the lawn at PNC Bank Arts Center.
Graduate Student Guest Ticket Allotment
Graduate students participating in the May ceremony will receive 2 tickets in the theater seats and 4 tickets on the lawn at PNC Bank Arts Center.
General Seating Information
PNC Bank Arts Center is an outdoor venue. The theater seating is formal seating with traditional seats located under an overhead covering. The lawn seating is outdoors, without cover, on a lawn area behind the theater seating. Guests are permitted to bring only soft-sided folding camp chairs no larger than 32” deep, 25” wide and 34” high will be permitted. Guests may also bring blankets for lawn seating. PNC Bank Arts Center has a limited number of lawn chairs that they will distribute to guests with lawn seating on a first-come, first-served basis and at no cost. Seating in both the theater and lawn sections is first-come, first-served. Guests will be asked to fill in all seats in a row when taking seats in the theater to allow for groups to sit together and to ensure that all seats are utilized. All guests over the age of one require a ticket to enter the venue. All guests that require a wheel-in seat (must remain in a wheelchair), must have a theater ticket (as opposed to a lawn ticket). The ushers at the PNC Bank Arts Center will escort your guest(s) to the designated area. The venue only permits one additional guest to accompany this guest - the accompanying guest must also have a theater ticket. The wheel-in seat and accompanying guest are a part of you total theater tickets and not in addition to.
Please note that If a ticket is duplicated or altered, the bearer will not be permitted to enter the ceremony.
For those guests who cannot attend or who prefer to watch the ceremonies from the comfort of their own home, the ceremonies will be live streamed.

Young Alumni Trustee Nominations |
The nomination period for the Young Alumni Trustee ends tomorrow, Wednesday, April 10 at 5 pm. Each year, the Stevens Board of Trustees selects one graduating student from the undergraduate class to serve a three-year term as a Young Alumni Trustee. Anyone in the Stevens community may nominate a senior for the Young Alumni Trustee seat. Eligible students may also choose to self-nominate through an application. To nominate a graduating senior for the Young Alumni Trustee position, click here: Young Alumni Trustee Nomination Form.

Each graduating class has alumni representation through the election of Class Officers who will facilitate class engagement and involvement with the Stevens Alumni Association in partnership with the Development and Alumni Engagement Office. Four positions are available: President, Vice President, Secretary and Fund Captain. Anyone in the Stevens community may nominate a senior for any of the Class Leadership positions. Eligible students may also choose to self-nominate through an application. Unlike Young Alumni Trustee positions, the Class Officer positions are elected by members of the undergraduate Class of 2024. To nominate a graduating senior for any of the Class Leadership positions, click here: 2024 Class Leadership Nomination Form. The deadline to nominate a senior is tomorrow - Wednesday, April 10, at 5 pm.

The Wittpenn Walk: Senior Edition |
The Senior Week Committee, the Division of Student Affairs, and the Division of Development and Alumni Engagement invite you to cheer on our graduating seniors at the Wittpenn Walk: Senior Edition. As our first-year students walk up the Wittpenn Walk for New Student Convocation each year following a similar path, the Wittpenn Walk tradition symbolizes the start and end of a student's academic career at Stevens.
This year’s senior Wittpenn Walk tradition will take place Thursday, May 2nd at 4:30 pm.
Seniors will meet at 4:30 pm sharp on Palmer Lawn to gather for the walk. Seniors will then proceed from Palmer Lawn down Wittpenn Walk and end at Babbio for the Senior Toast. Seniors should bring a photo ID to the event. Seniors who wish to enjoy the food and drink at the Senior Toast will need a wristband to attend. Either pick up your wristband from Undergraduate Student Life in advance of the event on Thursday, May 2 from 10 am – 2 pm in the Student Life Suite on the 2nd Floor of the UCC or receive a wristband upon check-in on Palmer Lawn between 4:15 pm – 4:30 pm.

Every year the Division of Student Affairs sends a survey to all graduating seniors to gather information about their post-graduation plans and about campus involvement during their time at Stevens. This information will be used to create the Class of 2024 Career Outcomes Report and to help the Office of Alumni Engagement understand your future interests. This brief survey takes 10 minutes to complete.
If you already reported a career outcome in the Career Center's First Destination Survey you do not need to complete this Senior Survey. However, if your career outcome changed since your last submission, please complete this Senior Survey so that your information will be up-to-date and accurate.

Would you like to make an impact on your fellow Ducks beyond your time at Stevens?
Contribute to the 2024 Class Gift. Each year, graduating Stevens students participate in a tradition in which they rally behind their class gift. Each class member who makes a class gift of at least $20.24 will receive a Philanthropy Cord that can be worn at Commencement. This year, proceeds will go to the Student Emergency Fund. The Stevens Student Emergency Fund provides limited emergency financial assistance to currently enrolled, full-time Stevens Institute of Technology students who are unable to meet immediate, essential expenses because of temporary and unexpected hardship. You may grant your gift at the following link or when ordering your Commencement regalia (in Step 4 - accessories).
