2024 has undoubtedly been a year of remarkable achievements for #SOLVECHD! From our Annual Retreat to the Global CR Forum, from new leadership roles to fellowship grants and PhD conferrals, from international awards to national conferences, and from obtaining a seat on the World Heart Federation Board to reaching the National Heart Foundation Catalyst Grant final 20, from new partnerships with HerHeart & HeartBeat Victoria to a series of World Heart Day events, our members have made significant progress across our four strategic activity areas.
